Japan has recently seen an increase in weights in their country and is aiming to curb the growth. The weight gain is largely due to changes in the American diet and the encroachment of American style fast food chains. A traditional Japanese meal of miso soup, vegetables and fish is usually about 600 colories while a Big Mac burger, fries and coke is more than double that at 1,300 total calorie. Companies can face 19 million dollars in penalties, so they are encouraging healthy meals in cafeterias. They are also trying to get people moving by pumping out music through loud speakers, encouraging them to use the stairs, and doing exercises in stairwells. It’s difficult to imagine this in the US or North American. Japan says they can’t force people to lose weight, but they are encouraging it.
Those Japanese need to learn that some folks are built like this while some other folks are built like that. But just because someone is built that way you shouldn’t call them fat. They’re probably built for comfort and are not built for speed. They may just have everything that all the good girls need.
In fact they may not have diamonds and gold but you should know they’ve got a lot of lovin’ to give, something all the good girls need.
You know that some people rip and roar. Some people believe in signs. But you may need to take your time because if someone is built for comfort they most likely have everything all the good girls need.
Built for Comfort - Your comment sounds like lyrics to a song. Or an epic poem. What you on? LOL.
Hahahha. It really do sounded like a poem for me. But twas nice anyway. As to the topic, i guess our government should really handle obesity well. And laws might be a well solution in stopping this overgrowing obesity sensation.
About time too, I think there needs to be more to encourage people to lose weight. Not just for the company but for themselves and their families.
